Tour itinerary

Day 1: Arrival Bangkok City

Sawadee, Welcome to Thailand - the Land of Smiles. You will be met by a local tour guide and taken to city, checking into your accommodation and you will spend the rest of the day is yours at leisure to begin your explorations, or just relax and enjoy your new surroundings. Stay at hotel in Bangkok.

Day 2: Kanchanaburi, River Kwai - Hellfire (B, L, D)

Enjoy your breakfast and then we will embark on a trip to nearby Kanchanaburi, just a couple of hours' drive from Bangkok. It's here the infamous Death Railway crosses the Bridge on the River Kwai, now a peaceful and solemn memorial to the POWs of World War II. Next up, its a visit to the Mon Tribal Village to enjoy cultural performances and some traditional Mon food, then to the breathtaking Erawan Waterfall. To truly appreciate the serenity of this beautiful city, guests can check into The Float House, a luxurious resort situated on the River Kwai.

Day 3: Ayuthaya Ancient City (B, L)

Breakfast at the hotel, we begins with a drive to Ayutthaya, Siam's ancient capital. After a leisurely lunch aboard the boat, we explore ancient ruins of Ayutthaya,  the UNESCO World Heritage Site is quite well-preserved. Founded in 1350, Ayutthaya became the second Siamese capital after Sukhothai. It was destroyed by the Burmese in the 18th century. Its remains, characterized by the reliquary towers and gigantic monasteries, give an idea of its past splendour. Return to hotel in Bangkok and spend your evening free. Overnight in Bangkok.

Day 4: Highlights Of Bangkok (B)

Breakfast at the hotel and you will take a full-day scenic sightseeing tour of Bangkok and see all the city’s highlights on a 8-hour excursion. Explore the ornate Grand Palace and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha. Continue to the Wat Po temple with its Reclining Buddha. Relax with a 30-minute traditional Thai massage. Then, after lunch, sail by longtail boat along the Chao Phraya River through the city’s canals. See a traditional way of life, away from the high-rise buildings of central Bangkok, as you pass the Thonburi residential area. Stop at Wat Arun - the “Temple of Dawn”. Next, walk through the flower market and experience rural life in Bangkok. Discover a vast selection of orchids and tropical flowers. End your tour at Golden Mountain, a steep hill inside the Wat Saket temple compound, where panoramic city views are your reward. We will drop you at Khao San Road which is famously described on the The popular book 'The Beach' as "the centre of the backpacking universe" You will be free at leisure to explore the bustling and atmospheric areas with locals and your friends. Return to the hotel. Overnight in Bangkok

Day 5: Fly To Chiang Mai, Doi Suthep (B)

Breakfast at the hotel and you will check-out and be taken to the airport to take a flight to Chiang Mai. Upon arrival, you will check-in the hotel and then you will visit village of Sankumpang, where surrounded by the artisans and their brightly-coloured fabrics and umbrellas, you can improve your skills in capturing movement. Finish the day at the temple on a mountain - Doi Suthep. The temple offers an unrivaled view of the city. Return to your hotel to relax rest of your day on the ground of the resort or make your own explorations to discover the city's colorful night market with your local guide. Stroll past stalls offering everything from native handicrafts and electronics to fresh fruit juices and scrumptious noodles. Overnight in Chiang Mai.

Day 6: Village & Hill Tribe Encounters (B, L)

Breakfast at the hotel and today you will explore the hill tribes north of Chiang Mai on this full-day tour round the mountain villages and tropical forest of northern Thailand. Your 9-hour excursion starts with a scenic 3.5-hour drive to Thaton, former capital of an ancient Mon kingdom. Stop at a Hmong hill tribe village to learn more about the ethnic group that originated in southern China. After lunch at a local restaurant, embark on a 30-minute boat trip along the Mae Kok River to Baan Mai. Then drive by minivan to discover hill-tribe villages of the Akha, Palong, and Karen peoples. See the brass rings that the Karen women wear on their necks; the number increasing according to their age. Back in Thaton, explore the hillside temple of Wat Thaton and enjoy panoramic views of the villages, Mae Kok River, and dense rainforests of the mountain range. Transfer back to the hotel. You will be free at leisure in evening

Day 7: Drive To Chiang Rai (B, L)

Breakfast at hotel and today we will drive you to Chiang Rai - Chiang Rai is a travelers paradise endowed with abundant natural tourist attractions and antiquities; the province itself is evidence of past civilization. Attractions range from magnificent mountain scenery, ruins of ancient settlements, historic sites, Buddhist shrines and ethnic villages as the province is also home to several hill tribes who maintain fascinating lifestyles. On arrival, checking in to your accommodation and you will spend your rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Chiang Rai.

Day 8: At Leisure, Anantara Golden Triangle (B)

Today you will spend at leisure for whole day to relax on the ground of the Anantara Golden Triangle or participate in some very intriguing activities, either indulging in a Spa treatment , creating flavoursome regional dishes in a Thai cooking class, exploring the jungle alongside elephants, or taking a fascinating tour of three countries in one day. Overnight at Anantara in Chiang Rai.

Day 9: At Leisure, Anantara Golden Triangle (B)

Today you will spend at leisure for whole day to relax on the ground of the Anantara Golden Triangle or participate in some very intriguing activities, either indulging in a Spa treatment , creating flavoursome regional dishes in a Thai cooking class, exploring the jungle alongside elephants, or taking a fascinating tour of three countries in one day. Overnight at Anantara in Chiang Rai.

Day 10: Depart Chiang Rai (B)

After your hearty breakfast. Bid farewell to Chiang Rai today as you are met by your driver and will be taken to the airport for your onward flight to next destination. End of service.
