Breakfast and then you will be picked up from your hotel this morning by private transfer to the airport in time for your flight to Bagan. On arrival, you're met by your guide and private driver. After checking in to your hotel and having time to relax, head out with your guide to explore Bagan's temples. Bagan has an intriguing history, and here you’ll see it unravelled in its architecture - sites such as Ananda Temple, Shwezigon Pagoda, and the Minnanthu village temples. he ancient town is at its finest as the blazing sun sinks slowly to earth and a rainbow of colours fill the sky and the incredible North Guni Temple (also known as Myauk Guni) and the terrace at the Pyathadar Hpaya Temple are the best places to watch very beautiful sunset in Bagan. Return to hotel and tonight you will stay overnight in Bagan.
Rise early to catch a stunning sunrise. Learn about village life as you visit Min Nan Thu Village and the Tayoke Pyay Temple. Learn how to extract the popular, savory groundnut oil. Marvel at the intricate murals painting the walls of the Phaya Thonezu and Nandapyinnya Temples. Stock up on artisanal goods and snack on Burmese treats and ripe produce, as you peruse the lively Nyaung Oo Market. Gain new cultural insight as you continue to Myinkaba to visit the Gubyaukgyi Temple, noted for its intricate stucco detail Nanpaya Temple, Manuha temple and its grandiose Buddha images. Cruise down the Ayeyarwady River on a evening boat trip and watch the sunset from your ideal river view point. Return to hotel and tonight you will stay in Bagan.
Breakfast at the hotel and you will be transferred to the airport to take a morning flight to Mandalay. You will be met by a local tour guide on arrival and we will begin your excursion to Amarapura. Feel a sense of peace as you pay a visit to the Mahagandayon Monastery. Skip across the incredible teak bridge of U Being. Slide your hand across luscious silk at a local silk weaving factory. Return to Mandalay and enjoy a half day touring the city. Make sure to check out the sacred Mahamuni Pagoda, the revered Golden Palace Monastery and finish the day by watching the sunset from the Shwe Kyin Monastery. Return to city and tonight you will stay in Mandalay city.
Jet set on a private boat trip down the Ayeyarwaddy River to the ancient little town of Mingun. See the world’s largest functioning bronze bell along with what was intended to be the world’s largest pagoda - the yet to be completed Mingun Pahtodawgyi. After a short car trip, see the former capital of Burma, Inwa (Ava), that is settled on an island balancing between the Ayeyarwaddy River and the Myitnge Rivers. Delight in taking a horse-drawn cart to tour the Maha Aung Mye Bonzan Monastery, the leaning Nanmin Watch Tower, and the awe-inspiring wooden monastery of Bagaya Kyaung. Return to hotel. Stay overnight in Mandalay.
Breakfast at hotel and you will take a morning flight to Heho and after one-hour scenic drive will take you to Inle Lake - another must-see location in Myanmar. This is the site of floating farms and stilt-house villages where more than 70,000 people of different ethnicities call home. Checking in to your accommodation and you relax for the rest of morning.
In the afternoon, we will spend the rest half day to visit villages and sample the spectacular array of traditional handicrafts. You will see the unique method locals use to row their boats, fishermen with their own style of fishing, floating farms and gardens and a handloom weaving cottage with its own showroom. Next stop to visit Phaungdawoo Pagoda which houses the five most revered Buddha Images in the southern Shan State. Overnight at the hotel.
Breakfast at hotel and you will enjoy your full day at explore the floating market. Next, visit Indein pagoda complex. You'll discover hundreds of pagodas, most of them hidden under vegetation and standing in provocative states of ruin. After lunch on the shore you explore the other side of the lake, starting the journey at the Pa O tribal village. Meet friendly locals and share a greeting with the locals is a huge part of the experience and always provides a longstanding memory. Return to your hotel and remainder of the day will be at leisure. Rise early and enjoy the morning overlooking the mighty Inle Lake. Breakfast and you will be taken to the airport to fly to Yangon. Arrival in the city you will be taken to hotel. Relax for a while and in afternoon you’ll begin to tour around the Bogyoke Aung Sun markets today where you’ll find local tea, silk, and rattan products, and in the afternoon enjoy sunset over Shwedagon Pagoda’s beautiful golden spires. Breakfast at your hotel and today is spent with a nice introduction of Yangon by visiting Sule pagoda - a 2,5000 year Burmese stupa, which is located in the heart of the city, an important religious site. Continue to the Reclining Buddha at Chauk Htat Gyi Pagoda, a 213-foot-long statue with an expressive enamel face. View the story of the Buddha’s life embossed on the soles of the statue’s staggered feet. Stop a local Tea House to experience what locals do when exploring the city and followed by a stroll through Scott Market (Bogyoke Market) amid shops filled with antiques, old coins, Burmese jade and handicrafts. and in the afternoon enjoy sunset over Shwedagon Pagoda’s beautiful golden spires. Return to your hotel, with time to relax. Overnight in Yangon.
