instructor
will
skillfully
demonstrate
methods and
steps of
Thai cookery

ingredient
preparations
to the
actual
cooking.

participants

encouraged
to undertake
the task of
grounding
pastes,
chopping up
meat and
vegetables,
stir-frying,
deep-frying
and stewing
food, and
finally
proudly
taste the
most
delicious
dishes they
have ever
cooked.

Treat yourself and your loved ones with a 2.5 hour evening cruise along Bangkok's Chao Phraya river. Watch river life go by and feast on a Thai dinner feast as the band on board entertains you. This will be a memorable night on board one of Bangkok's most luxurious restaurant boats relaxing in modern comfort and dining like King Rama V on a variety of Thai dishes. As you cruise slowly along the Chao Phraya River you will pass The Temple of Dawn and the Grand Palace complex which both provide sensational twilight photo opportunities. transport
their

products
by
canals
to the

of

In the
afternoon,

Culinary
course
at the
Landmark
Nipa
Restaurant

The
restaurant
offers
one to
seven-day
culinary
programs
designed
to teach
beginners
all the
basics
of Thai
cooking
and
enable
them to
prepare
curries,
soups,
salads
and
other
dishes
that
make up
a Thai
meal.
The
restaurant’s
chefs
lecture
on
ingredients
and
recipes,
and then
let
students
participate
in the
cooking
and
tasting.
Nipa is
famous
for its
authentic
food,
which
has not
been
toned
down to
suit
milder
palates,
and the
course
offers
plenty
of
hands-on
experience.
Students
will
receive
a recipe
book in
English.

is spent
at the
Thai
House
where
you
could
how to
prepare
and cook
various
delicious
Thai
dishes -
The Thai
House is
a
traditional
Thai
house
built
with a
golden
teakwood
structure
in an
architectural
style
that was
popular
around
the
Ayutthaya
region
in
central
Thailand
some 150
years
ago. The
distinctive
wing-shaped
roof
structure
is
inspired
by the
temples.
It is
thought
that
these
wings
are a
means of
the
inhabitants
to reach
heaven.
Culinary
courses
featured
at the
Thai
House
are
designed
for
participants
with
little
time but
who wish
to
attain
the
basic
knowledge
it takes
to
create
menus
for home
entertainment,
or
simply
to enjoy
a
delicious
home-cooked
meal.
The
cooking
classes
are held
in an
outdoor
classroom
in the
midst of
an
orchard
of
mango,
banana,
papaya
and
coconut
trees,
and a
kitchen
garden
of fresh
herbs
and
spices
used in
the
recipes.
Lessons
featuring
brief
lectures,
the
preparation
of
ingredients,
hands-on
cooking
demonstrations
and time
for
discussion
and
enjoying
the
fruits
of
success
are
conducted
in an
open air
kitchen.
